Ash, I am not aware of the company of which you speak and would suggest that you stick to a well know reputable company like Bintel in Sydney. see
http://www.bintel.com.au/ They have been around for a very long time and are great to deal with, and have significant knowledge in this area.
I have dealt with Bintel for years and have never had a problem, so they have gained a high level of trust.
