Keeping your roll off roof tin sheet astro shed cooler!

Hi Guys
Here's an idea that may help with overall temperature
Using leftover materials i've added a extra "roof" to my astro shed
Total cost was 50 bucks!
I built a simple frame to suit some corrugated sheets I had (and was about to discard) - Used some 70mm x 70mm pine, to keep it light
before fastening the corrugated sheets I laid down some chicken wire type fencing .
Added thin insulation bats (the type with a foil backing) - also leftovers
Riveted down the sheeting to wedge down the insulation between the roof & Wire. (squashing the insulation is not ideal, but better than nothing)
Painted roof white to reflect some light (and heat)
Attached it to the existing roof with nut and bolts at 4 spots (at the high points of the existing roof so water can still run under the second roof
It's a bit shoddy so be kind. I'm an accountant by day and actually failed woodwork at school!
I measure the results today and the insulated part of the roof is now 15 degrees cooler that the edges that aren't!!
I'm also planning to paint the outside wall of the astro shed white as i found that this will keep the inside walls about 3 degree cooler
Overall I'm hoping to decrease the temperature on those really hot days. When we get 40 degree days in Melbourne it get to over 50 degree inside the shed. That can't be good for the optics & greases etc
Thanks for your comments
Ps I'm looking forward to seeing my new roof on the next set of Google map satellite photos!
