I had friends when i was younger that would use large black 100L garbage bags filled with helium, get a piece of aluminium fly mesh large enough to wrap up several 'Little Lucifer'
fire starters and suspend them from the ballon using a single stand from the mesh.
Great effect but
not so smart during fire season
