The web site is still offering the 'economic postage' rate for US$99.00. I've ordered one. Looks like they're still there. But crikey the economic rate for postage has the amazing estimated delivery time of 3 months. They'd have to put it in a bottle and toss it off a pier for that sort of delay. Given that the author is in Poland, that might be a tad difficult though. Perhaps carrier pigeons?
