I know what their answer will be ....nope ....sorry ....

It's a bit like the ' footpath ' outside your house ...they own it ( council ..local Govt' ) ...but you gotta mow it .....and then try asking them for payment because you look after their property. ..... answer ....nope ....sorry ...

I wonder what would happen .... if everybody stopped mowing the footpaths outside their houses.
