Just received the phone call from someone (with heavy foreign accent) asking to talk to me (they knew my surname).
Then that person told me something about my phone rental line cost (because of accent I am not sure what exactly I was told..)..
I asked for their phone number so I can call them back, to make sure it's not a scam and they refused..
So I am 100% sure it was a scam call.

Any similar experiences?
