I did have to reflash my firmware back to ver3.27 after I experienced the back-and-forth motions when using the later updated versions of the firmware - will await for the "Synta fix" if that ever is going to happen!

This comment relates to how the mount moves back-and-forth ever-so-slightly when slewing to an object, ultimately failing to slew accurately.
