Not even close to 333 years. JPL gives C/2012 S1 (ISON) an orbital period of 1.16E+95 days. That's 3.17E+92 years. The universe is only 13.7E+9 years old - about 2E+82 times less. (I was tempted to write out the zeroes.

Given that the eccentricity is given as slightly more than 1 (ie never returns), even that should be an underestimate.
