Most people on this thread bought a quantix without a shutter. Mine has a shutter already installed with a sct thread for mounting. The camera has a kaf6303e sensor which is crazy sensitive and has deep wells. The cheapest camera you can get this sensor with is possibly the sbig at around 6k.
I have tested the camera and it works exactly as the guys on cn found it. The camera comes sith the pci capture card and 2 cable for connecting the pci card to the camera and a beefy power supply.
The cooling is phenomenal. I have seen low as -40c.
These are selling for 1k without the shutter installed on ebay, you can have mine for that price with the shutter installed.
