According to the specs I just looked up, the EQ-6 has an instrument weight capacity of 25Kgs, the HEQ-5 Pro, 15Kgs, the standard formular for a mount that will be used for astrophotography is the instrument and all equipment should not exceed 2/3 the carrying capacity of the mount, Paul has put it correctly, that is what I would be working on.
Tough decision isn't it.
