Yeah maybe not :p we are supposed to move later in the year to near Paris and really don't want to even though the LP can't be as bad as Belgium it will be very similar I fear.

That said I think this is a very positive move forward and something that should be initiated everywhere.

I still have doubts this will really change LP conditions as it doesn't really address the main culprits but like I said it's a start and should be applauded. I'd be interested in before and after skymeter results.
The other thing is I don't really expect people will actually obey this law and enforce it. There is a good chance if they did try to dish out penalties then they'd all go on strike.
