Sorry to jump in here, but indeed after combining the RGB channels in Astra Image or in Registax or other software I always do check the RGB alignment with Fitswork, if the RGB channels are off a bit this program will correct it, I also check it when using WInjupos RGB(IR) channels combine, just to make sure, you never know... I hope this was some 'help' here..
