I've had a look at other videos of Jupiter and their final images after processing and I would have rated the seeing at 3/10 on the night as the planet was jittering constantly like cold water on a hot skillette. I long for one of those Avis where the changes in atmosphere are slow and the planet just moves slowly about a mean, then the detail would pop. I think my best bet will be with Saturn as it will be higher in the sky
