Nah, I doubt it.
You used to be able to buy this kind of stuff cheap direct from NASA and the like. If it had problems or the program was over they simply sold it off at a jumble sale. There is some guy years back who bought enough of it he planned to put up his own launch site / platform as competition. Had 2nd thoughts when the first rocket went bang! Was on a documentary I once watched. I am sure if 20 years ago you could get that much stuff you can probably still get some of it now. It looks pretty old and dated to me.
Anyway he is buying not selling. Just thought it was an interesting pic.
