Just heard from work - the police are enforcing an exclusion zone around Eagle and Creek st due to the high tide and fallen debris (the windows tend to pop out of the towers!), so there is no access to the big office blocks (111, Riparian, waterfont etc) for the next few days.
So it's work from home for me - Tragically I can VPN in, so no difference other than saving two hours of commuting. Shame, I was going to take lunch up to the 33rd floor and watch the drama unfold...
