In SE Brisbane we have been without power since 6:30pm Sunday night and it looks like it may not return until Tue/wed. Apart from 2 trees down, mercifully missing our house and our neighbours, all is well. Fortunately we have a gas cooker so there has been no need to break out the camping stove.
Waking up, we could still make tea and have breakfast so life remains good. Our hearts go out to those who have been flooded and sustained damage, we hope you can overcome the adversity and rebuild your lives.
