Rick yes it has a time lapse function by standing it directly upwards or even horizontally for vertical panning. Take a look at this link at Losmandy. Some of Peter Wards images there too.

Thanks Alex. I will have to take a close look at one of those programs. I think I have the panning working well now, but need to plan my pans just a little better.

Graeme yes your scope and laptop feature in the last of the time lapse.
