A long time ago my wife and I worked on an iron-ore mine driving Cat 789's. One night there was a cow on the haulroad and my wife didn't see it untill it was too late. She told me how she saw it's big brown eyes looking up at her then...bump bump, over she went.
The cow was flattened and had to be scraped off the road by a loader. Poor bugger, what a way to go!!
