Virgs and I travelled last night down to Petrel Cove to do some wide field imaging. I was using my new D4 and commenced a new time lapse project. This image is just one of the images taken during the session.

There was lots of ionised oxygen in the atmosphere, also lots of meteors and nice reflections on the beach.

I had hoped for some auroral activity but tonights predictions are better than last night.
