Had some clear air at long last and so I thought I would make the most of it by putting my QHY 10 through its paces and sort out calibration frames etc. The scope used was my 5" apo and the images were collected over two nights in Nebulosity 3 and processed in PS3 and PI . 120 min each with 10 or 5 min subs. Unfortunately NGC2246 needs a lot more data as its so faint and affected by the smoke haze from NSW.
