-If the wrong information has been input into the hand control, the UNDO button will act as a backspace allowing the user to re-enter information.

Assuming the telescope is not FAULTY, I think it must be one of two things.
Could you be selecting from the list of US Cities instead of International (unlikely)
OR
Perhaps You are entering the incorrect time zone (perhaps -10 instead of +10)
Please double check
