Smile Time lapse of Solar Activity 01/01/2013

Hi all,
I was lucky enough to get a chance to conduct a time-lapse of the Sun today. The linked video is made up of 3 videos, the first 2 videos were captured during the same time period. The data for the third video was captured in the afternoon. The third video was made over a period of 3 Hours and shows some dramatic prominence activity, the video was culled from 175 frames to just 94, the bad seeing took its toll on the stacked images, this was despite guiding. It seems that I may of defeated the Newtonian rings, the tilt adapter I made seems to of made all the difference. I will post more on that in the ATM pages.
