For me:
1. Sea Fury - simplicity in design but high performance
2. Spitfire
3. 777 - those big engines (... and I have spent some long hauls up the front of them)
4. F15 - like the lines of this aircraft
5. Mosquito
6. F16 - like the geometry at the front with the intake under the fuselage
And like some others here, have spent many an hour on FSX with these and many more aircraft (and the great ORBX scenery for Australia).
