I forgot to mention this Sam , they say the IEQ45 can carry 45 lbs , 20kg which puts it smack bang between the HEQ5 and EQ6 , I would say this is the upper capacity
, but mine holds my Tak Mewlon 210 at about 12kg all up with finder/diagonal/eyepieces and camera with ease , very sturdy and quiet .
