At least he hasn't gotten any money out of you. A bit of spam\scam mail you can trash with a rule in your mail client if you can't be bothered doing it yourself. If you just keep deleting it he will go away eventually. Just don't reply to any other contact. He is trying to make money and if you don't respond then he is wasting time.
You could also 'play' with him 419eater style. promise everything, deliver nothing. Better done from a throwaway email address though.
Used to be an entertaining exercise but got rather tedious after a while. I 'outed' one a few years back. He confessed then tried to get me to send money to buy a taxi so he could do legitimate work .. Yeah Right !!
