Daytime Moon imaging

Yesterday I had an inkling that the clouds would roll in sometime in the late evening. So as the Moon was high up in the sky and very tempting, at about 7.00ish, I got the gear out with the view of having a try at imaging while there was still daylight.

To my surprise, it was one of the best seeing I have experienced so far in my first year imaging the Moon. As a result, I took tons of AVIs with my Powermate x2.5 (the conditions were not quite good enough for the PM x5).

Here are a couple of shots (Boussingault and Janssen areas). Please bear in mind that these have been taken in broad daylight.(7:09 pm and 7:52 pm respectively).

Unfortunately, by the time Jupiter was visible, it seeing had deteriorated
