I don't know how much they are, but if you want to future proof your purchases for really getting into this hobby I would look for a scope with ability to autoguide.
This I think will give you good lunar and maybe bright planetary views and maybe even pics with a webcam type set up.
Maybe a struggle to get DSLR or CCD longer exposures with it on this mount.
I personally would save your pennies and buy a second hand EQ 6 or CGEM. Would keep you occupied for years!
