well...... lewis has not started on the right foot with the woman.... i know her question was stupid, however, the answer she received wouldnt have helped! from then on lewis was knackered!
you would have either of really needed to pull out all stops and educate her in your hobby and give her a look through the eyepiece (to share your obvious enthusiasm) and if she was still as cold as ice ....... avoid her and her bins altogether!
