Are you guys kidding??? LoL I couldnt care less if someone uses my bin, if there's room go for it! I would be more bothered if they took me away from what I was doing to ask me something so needless and trivial.Same as I wouldn't bother them with asking a neighbour first if they have room. We all do it all the time. It' a garbage bin for goodness sake.
