Thanks Paul.
I'm now doing the O'l venus trick. Shooting it just after the sun sets. If I wait till dark all I get is a wobbly orange blob with no detail because it's gotten too low in the 'mirk'.
Only the one 2X barlow & extension tube, but I have to resample in registax to get this scale. (1.3X)
Soon I'll be shooting it in broad daylight (if I can find it!)
