Thanks Alistair. On my rough calculations I think it spans about 212,000 kms measured as a straight line point to point at the emergence positions on the surface. Longer if you straightened the prominence's curve into a straight line. This is equivalent to about 16.6 earth diameters. Perhaps others can confirm my estimates.
