Tungsten WB refers to the white balance (WB) setting that I used on the camera. You should use this setting if you're taking images indoors under a tungsten based light source.
Being the idiot I am, I have yet to figure out the difference between an indoor light bulb and an outdoor Full Moon (that image was taken under Full Moon conditions)
