Well, after my nearly-four-year old almost ripped page 1 from the binder, I tootled down to Officeworks and picked up a thousand hold reinforcers (Avery transparent). Slowly working my way thought them, four to a sheet.
Crossed the equator and finished on map 160. Nice to see the declination go negative. I will finish the remainder tonight, and think about reinforcing the back of the sheet after that.
I think reinforcers are worth considering as the pages are quite delicate. It may also be worth loading these pages in reverse, as the good bit (the Southern Sky) takes a bit of effort to reach in this beast!
