Myself and a friend paid a first visit to Bintel Melbourne a few weeks ago. Very nicely laid out shop with excellent service. We browsed for close to an hour. I had never met Roger (or Graham) but he was incredibly helpful, spending a good deal of time chatting with us. Somehow we got onto the subject of binos and we spent more time looking through a good number of pairs they had in stock.
Very impressed with the service.
