This adaptor threads onto the rear cell of Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes (fits C5, 6, 8, 9-1/4, 11 and 14), in place of a 1.25” visual back adapter. The T-adapter (in conjunction with a suitable T-ring for the camera), allows you to attach an SLR camera to the prime focus of your telescope or spotting scope. This arrangement can be used for short exposure lunar and planetary photography, long exposure deep-sky photography (with a guidescope) and for terrestrial photography.
