Robby we have two guys in South East Queensland who image at least 200 galaxies per night, and I think it wont be long before one of them scores a hit.
I observed M100 on Monday night, but at about 16th mag was at the threshhold of my scope and I didn't see it, but I will keep trying, if Bob Evans can find them so can I.
