Hi.

Does this move at rate 5 and under?
i have one like this that has slipping clutches and consequently hardly moves at rate 5 and under. it sometimes even moves in the wrong diretion....

If the motors and gears function well and moves well with quick response at low Speed Rates then i would be interested in buying it..
