Jupiter oct27UT in better seeing at last

Hi
the jetstream was minor and local seeing was fairly stable for over an hour - not perfect, but still quite nice conditions for a change for the ~30deg altitude. It was so stable that I felt confident enough to drop back to 30hz framerate to reduce the read noise.

This image is just a random sample - might be better images and I will need to play with processing a bit more on this one as well (its a tad noisy and overdone). However, wanted to post something immediate, since I will not have time to get onto this data in earnest for a few days.

The swirls around the GRS wake look very similar to those from last year and have a similar artificial look - however, this was how they showed up in the live feed. The dispersion corrector worked well and a lot of detail was visible even in the blue channel.

thanks for looking. Regards Ray
