They look great(no wires as such), they are small and light(comfortable) and the base cannot break as it is flexible injection moulded nylon. The disadvantages are they pick up stains and are nearly impossible to add extra teeth to. They are not suitable for all cases. Mind you, having the cost paid by the taxpayer(Ok, it is borrowed money) should ease the biggest pain of dental treatment-the cost. Interesting how quickly people get used to their dental treatment for free and have no intention of ever going back if they have to pay for it. Like all the vote buying exercises governments do, they are easy to put in place, but extremely difficult to remove once in place.

The partial dentures are for both my top and bottom teeth with a total of 12 teeth in the dentures. And i was getting it done whether i was paying for them or not, and i will be going back to the dentist and it will be out of my pocket.
I have a full time job working a 38hour week.
I would never have know about the scheme unless my doctor didnt tell me about it. I was eligible for the scheme because I have a heart condition.
