Amazing how fast 50 minutes of exposure goes when you turn off Canon noise reduction
(if on, it takes a dark frame for the same length as the light and combines them - so a 5 minute exposure becomes a 10 minute shot, but worth only 5). BUT, I can dark subtract later
Gorgeous night here. Not real dark (but the moon sets in a few hours), getting cooler (my back is cold - need jacket now), and no cloud or wind...
