I bought mine through the telescopes and astronomy shop in Adelaide. Although it took a long time for everything to arrive the fault ( if you could even call it that ) was with Losmandy and not the local retailer. Just remember building mounts is only a side business for Losmandy.
Very pleased with the mount, however.
