Thanks guys and yes Mike, this DSLR nightscaping is something new and interesting, creativity is the key but my lenses don't match every scene. It's certainly
MUCH easier to do than filtered deep sky and you can see instantly whether the shot is going to be ok or not..although the processing
is more involved than I had imagined
...maybe it's just me as a newbie
