Are you really sure you put the lense set in the right way around ? its easy to do .
I did this with a Celestron HD102 achro many years ago , as the marks dont actually say what way around the lenses point only the orientation in relationship to one another .
After I turned them around as a pair the views were very good again
. Great scope .
