I'm sticking to the easy stuff first, bright clusters and the moon.
Stephan, actually your image is up the right way - it's mine that it upside down. I used a refractor which shows its image upside down. On your photo if you are facing west then the setting sun is to the bottom of the picture, hence the lower part of the moon is lit. On mine I was facing west, but the upper portion of the moon it lit - hence upside down. In the end it doesn't matter, just flip the image and either is right.
PS the moon was photoed (is there such a word) on 22/9/12 from Melbourne.
