mate , woaw $1000 will buy an awsome pair , so have you done much shopping around ? , or googling ? for 1/4 that you will get a pair that will show you the night sky very , very well , especially mounted .
Man I wish I had a spare 1k to spend on a pair if Zeiss 7x50's
