You'll have to run us through a quick steps on how you stitch/process that. How do you orient the camera? Portrait? Do you rotate and align to the horizon line for each shot? How much overlap do you provide for? Also do you have problems with the milkyway moving before the first and last frame? Any problems matching the whole lot?
