I can understand you liking that movie.
I enjoyed it. Jodie Foster plays the scientist bit well. I've seen her performances in other movies.
Without revealing the ending to those who have not seen it, I think it was clever. It does leave me with a hanging feeling though. It could continue in sequels but it seems it won't happen.
