Jupiter impact region Sept 11th

Was up early this morning to image the impact region on Jupiter. The wind shear charts predicted worst possible state and the seeing was poor but at least the sky was clear.

Have very good coverage of the impact position (L1 345 Lat +2) crossing the CM. Have included 1 R, RGB and 742nm IR data set along with an animation of 4 742nm IR data sets. Quite a shame that there is no scar as was with The Bird Strike. My data was captured at low alt, between 31 & 34 degrees.

Thanks for looking

Regards
Trevor

PN; To get the animation below 200 Kb I had to significantly reduce the quality.
