We missed Cradle Mt last time we were in Tassie and looking at this picture, i will not miss it again next time we go back.
I can relate to going for a walk around those types of areas as we we nt for a walk around Mt Field NP. It had just finished snowing and the setting was a winter wonderland. I just wish i took more photos.
Looking forward to returning one day.
I showed the Mrs your image and told her look what we missed She is keen to go back too
Thank you so much Steve Yeah this one is going straight to the pool room once I get it printed LARGE. I didn't make it up to the top of Mt Field. Like you, I am very keen to go back sooner rather than later.

terrific job. all the best Paul
Thank you very much Paul. I have other shots showing the mountain better taken the day before which I might get around to processing soon but the light was not as good. This was all processed from the 3 single images that went into the pano.

I love Tassie, one of my favorite places to be with a camera :-)

What did you stitch with?
Thank you so much Hugh I fell in love with the place too and I am keen to get back very soon. I used PTGui Pro to put this together. It's not a very wide field of view or with a wide angle lens so I'm sure any pano software could handle this one with ease. PTGui Pro really comes into it's own when I start throwing my landscape astrophotography panoramas into it.
