I'm not sure why the colour variation. For some of the captures I had thin wispy cloud passing in front of Jupiter, which I noticed as a slight dimming on the computer display. I have also noticed that occasionally, the avi being captured suddenly shows blue tinges on the notebook display, as if the data stream from the ToUcam to the computer is being somehow affected?
I punched all the avi's through Registax and only used Wavelets so that shouldn't cause any colour variation.
I'll be keen to see Mike & Dave's efforts when I send them copies. Hopefully they can squeeze something more from the avi’s.
